Valencia Lakes
Valencia Lakes is a 55+ community in Wimauma with exterior appearance standards, which makes roof streaking and driveway algae common reasons residents look for a quote. Before-and-after photos are provided for HOA records.
Valencia del Sol
Valencia del Sol is a newer 55+ community in Wimauma. Homes here are young enough that owners often assume they do not need washing yet — but Florida algae starts working on new stucco in the first year, and paver lanais typically need attention around year three.
Southshore Bay
Southshore Bay is a newer Wimauma community built around its Metro Lagoon. Homes here are recent construction, so the work is mostly preventive: first house washes, annual screen enclosure cleaning, and paver sealing before joint sand washes out.
Berry Bay
Berry Bay is a new-construction community in Wimauma. The most common question here is whether a house this new needs washing at all — it does. Florida algae begins working on new stucco within the first year, and an early gentle wash prevents embedded staining.
Ayersworth Glen
Ayersworth Glen is an established Wimauma community where homes have been through enough Florida summers to show it. Mature tree cover means shorter cleaning intervals and more moss on roofs than in the newer subdivisions.

Wimauma is one of Hillsborough County’s fastest-growing communities, with new rooftops going up along the US-301 corridor every year. That growth means the housing stock here spans brand-new stucco and homes that have been weathering Florida summers for decades — two very different cleaning conversations, both of which we have regularly.
