Who we are
Wimauma Pressure Washing is a lead-generation and matching service operated by KKAL Enterprises LLC. We connect homeowners in the Wimauma, Florida area with independent local professionals who perform exterior cleaning work. We do not perform the work ourselves. How the service works is explained plainly at how this site works.
What we collect
When you contact us by phone, text, email, or through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the work you are asking about. We also keep records of the quotes we give and the jobs we schedule.
When you visit this website, standard technical information may be logged by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
Calls, recordings, and transcripts
Calls to our number may be answered by an automated AI assistant, and call summaries or transcripts of those conversations may be kept for quality and record-keeping. Where audio recording is in use, calls may be recorded. Florida is a two-party consent state, and you will hear a recording disclosure at the beginning of every call. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us and we will continue without recording or arrange another way to reach you.
Please do not provide sensitive personal information — Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or account credentials — through the phone assistant.
Text messages
If you contact us or request a quote, we may send text messages about your quote or scheduled service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
How we use your information
To respond to your request, quote and schedule work, communicate about jobs, keep business records, and improve how we answer common questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
With the independent local professional who takes your job — that is the point of the service, and your request details (name, contact information, address, and what you need) are passed to them. With the service providers that make our operations work — phone and messaging providers, scheduling tools, and hosting — only to the extent needed to deliver the service. And where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email quotes@wimaumapressurewashing.com and we will respond. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
