We do not perform the work ourselves.
Who does the work
The professionals we connect you with are independent third-party businesses — not our employees, partners, or agents. Each is solely responsible for their own pricing, scheduling, workmanship, business practices, insurance, and any licensing their trade requires. We do not perform, supervise, direct, inspect, or guarantee any work.
What we verify — and what verification means
In Florida, pressure washing is generally not a state-licensed contractor trade, so there is no state license for us to check for this work. Where a professional tells us about local business registration or general liability insurance, we may confirm specific facts on a specific date before referring work to them. Verification of a fact is not an endorsement of a business and is not a prediction about the quality of any job. We will only ever describe something as verified when we can say exactly what was confirmed and when.
How we are paid
The usual model for services like this one is that local businesses pay for the customer connections they receive. Right now, during our launch phase, no business pays us anything — requests are passed to a local professional at no charge to anyone while we prove the service works. The AI assistant and call handling
Calls to our number may be answered by an automated AI assistant that collects your name, contact details, and what you need. The assistant can make mistakes — anything important, including price, method, and scheduling, should be confirmed directly with the professional who calls you back. If call recording is ever in use, you will hear a disclosure at the start of the call, as Florida law requires.
Please do not share payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or medical information with the assistant. It will never ask for them.
If something goes wrong with a job
Your agreement for the work is with the professional who performs it, so they are your first call for any issue with pricing, scheduling, or workmanship.
